Payment structure

Given Thermalframe profile and hardware is all sourced directly from Europe and that orders are bespoke manufacture, we maintain a payment structure that allows us to order materials specific for your project. Whilst we are financially secure enough to hold surplus stocks, the constant replenishing of materials is important for long term stability.

Getting started

We appreciate the importance of making the right decision for your home from an aesthetic, performance and investment perspective. To provide that reassurance, we encourage all prospective clients to physically see and test the Thermalframe difference for themselves in our Showroom. 

Our recommended process for getting started:

1. Make contact with us – We would be eager to understand your specific project, the problems you are currently experiencing or the plans that you are undertaking in order to provide options and recommendations.

2. Visit our showroom – To fully understand the benefits of Thermalframe, we encourage people to make an appointment to visit our Showroom to witness the system in action.

3. Site visit – We would then look to organize a convenient time to visit you and discuss the best options to suit your home, lifestyle and budget. We would then measure all of your windows and doors in which to provide a quote broken down by unit.

4. Agreement – On agreement of your requirements we would provide details of the terms and your deposit would confirm the job in our system

5. Timing – We have been experiencing an over whelming demand for our products and service of late and we are currently booked several months in advance. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements so we talk about our current lead times with your specific project.

Over 29 years, Thermalframe have successfully installed thousands of double-glazed uPVC windows and doors across the wide-ranging architectural styles of New Zealand homes.

We understand that even the best double-glazed windows are only as good as the installation. Because of this, we place extra care in the attention to and planning of each project to ensure success.

Your dedicated Customer Team will give you notice of an installation date to ensure it is convenient and that you have time to make any necessary plans.

Our trained installation crew will show care and respect for your home throughout the installation through three proven steps:

1. Careful preparation

Upon arrival, our installation team will:

• Introduce themselves, checking the vehicle is parked conveniently

• Conduct another site inspection to assess the installation plan

• Review and discuss the installation plan with you as necessary

• Cover work areas with drop clothes to protect your space

2. Expert installation

Using proven installation techniques our trained team will:

• Install your windows with precision and care 

• Operate in contained areas to minimise disruption to your home

• Test each unit has full functionality prior to key handover

3. Respectful Completion

On completion of install, our team will take care to:

• Remove your old windows, glass and rubbish away from site

• Vacuum all internal work areas, carpets and surrounds 

• Show you how to operate your new Thermalframe windows

• Work as swiftly but safely as possible, respecting your home and privacy
